At Salinas Nursery Garden Plants, we take pride in providing high-quality vegetable seedlings and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refunds
- What’s covered: Damaged seedlings, lost packages, etc.
- How to claim: Just send us a photo of the damage and we’ll send a free replacement.
- Time limit: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Customers may request a refund within 1 day of plant delivery.
- Refunds are only applicable for plants that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
- To process a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the plants in question.
Refund Process
- Submit a Refund Request: Contact us via email or message us at https://salinasnursery.co/pages/contact-us within 1 day of receiving your order.
- Provide Supporting Information: Include your order number, photos of the plants, and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Review & Approval: Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or denial within 3 business days.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Plants that have been transplanted, altered, or neglected after delivery.
- Orders where the refund request is made after the 1-day window.
- Plants damaged due to weather conditions, improper care, or external factors beyond our control.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If you prefer, we may offer a replacement plant or store credit instead of a refund. Availability will depend on stock at the time of your request.
